CLIENT CONTACT AND FIRST DRAFT
The design process starts from a thorough analysis of the status quo understanding the client’s needs, studying the site and setting goals. The project begins to take shape from an initial work in progress stage followed by a series of sketches, concepts and ideas.
FINAL PROJECT
Following the initial ideas and the agreement with the client, we define the spaces and the language of the entire project, up to the development of the drawings including municipal and administrative paper work.
EXECUTIVE PROJECT
The comparison and collaboration with various professionals become crucial at this stage, in which all the details of the project are defined, starting from the plants up to the selection of materials and finishes, personalizing each element. Each choice is specific and accurate to match style and harmony.
The final design will show the synthesis of every design and economical aspect.
RENDERING
Thanks to the support of 3D model graphic software and subsequent photo-realistic rendering, a preview of the project can be showed. The use of such supports makes it possible to study different variants and test the success of the whole project.
CONSTRUCTION SITE AND FINAL PHOTOS
Supervising and directing works on the building site is crucial to the final outcome of the project.
A careful and regular management of the site can guarantee that every single detail is taken care of.
